103409 is a minor planet that orbits the Sun within the main asteroid belt. The object was first observed by the LINEAR (Lincoln Near-Earth Asteroid Research) program at the Lincoln Laboratory's Experimental Test Site near Socorro, New Mexico, on 10 March 2002. The provisional designation assigned to it upon discovery was 2002 BW14. After its orbit was well established, the asteroid received its permanent number, 103409, by the Minor Planet Center in February 2003.
