The form çarpabilir is the third-person singular present potential form (built with the suffix -abilir/-ebilir) and indicates that the subject may perform the action described by the root. The plural form is çarpabilirler, and the negated forms are çarpamayabilir and çarpamayabilirler for they may not be able to.
