Óceáni
Óceáni is a term that generally refers to the vast bodies of saltwater that cover most of the Earth's surface. These interconnected oceans are the largest habitats on the planet, playing a crucial role in regulating climate, supporting biodiversity, and providing resources for human populations. The Earth's oceans are divided into five major basins: the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean, the Indian Ocean, the Southern Ocean, and the Arctic Ocean. Each of these oceans has unique characteristics in terms of temperature, salinity, currents, and marine life.
The oceans are home to an incredible diversity of life, from microscopic plankton to the largest whales.
Human activities, such as pollution, overfishing, and climate change, pose significant threats to the world's oceans.
