Érintéses

Érintéses is a Hungarian term derived from érintés (touch or contact) and the suffix -es, used as both an adjective and a noun in technical and everyday language. In electrical safety, érintéses feszültség refers to the voltage that can appear on exposed conductive parts and become accessible to a person who touches them. This “touch voltage” is a key concept in assessing the risk of electric shock. Relatedly, érintéses áramütés denotes the electric shock injury or danger that can result from such contact. The distinction between touch-related hazards and other electrical risks is addressed in safety standards and engineering practice, which prescribe protective measures to prevent touch exposure.
