The záróizmokrendszer, or sphincter muscle system, refers to a group of circular muscles found throughout the body that are responsible for controlling the opening and closing of various bodily orifices and tubes. Key components of the záróizmokrendszer include the anal sphincters, which regulate the release of feces, and the pyloric sphincter, located at the junction of the stomach and small intestine, which controls the passage of partially digested food into the duodenum. Other important sphincters are found in the urinary tract, such as the internal and external urethral sphincters, which manage urine flow.
