Ziprasidone is an atypical antipsychotic medication used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. It is available under the brand name Geodon, among others. The medication is typically taken orally, with or without food, usually two or three times a day.
Common side effects of ziprasidone can include drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, constipation, and dry mouth. More serious
Ziprasidone may interact with other medications, including those that prolong the QT interval or affect serotonin
