VolgensProtocol is a decentralized protocol for secure, verifiable data exchange across distributed networks. It aims to enable interoperable communication between participants by providing cryptographic guarantees of integrity, authenticity, and traceability of exchanged data.

The protocol delivers a layered architecture that includes a data layer for content addressing and proofs, a consensus layer for ordering and finality, and a governance layer for protocol updates.
