uvjerovati

uvjerovati is a verb in the Croatian language. It is a perfective verb and its imperfective counterpart is uvjeravati. The verb means to persuade, convince, assure, or satisfy. It describes the act of making someone believe or accept something as true or valid.

The root of the verb is related to the concept of "verity" or "truth." When one uvjerava or uvjeruje someone, they are attempting to establish a sense of truth or certainty in the mind of the other person regarding a particular matter.
