Utkristalliseras is a term used in chemistry to describe the process by which a dissolved substance forms solid crystals and separates from a solution. It occurs when the solubility of the solute is exceeded or the solution becomes supersaturated, causing crystallization to proceed.

The process involves nucleation, where small crystal seeds form, followed by crystal growth as more solute molecules join the new lattice.
