tuotama
Tuotama is a term encountered in discussions of Finnish historical and dialectal language forms. In standard modern Finnish, the common verb for “to produce” is tuottaa. Tuotama, by contrast, is understood as a nonstandard or archaic inflected form associated with earlier stages of the language or with certain dialects. It may appear in linguistic descriptions as an example of how the root tuot- could combine with the infinitive-forming suffix -ama, producing a word that resembles a verbal noun or infinitive.
Linguistic analysis typically treats tuotama as a historical or dialectal variant rather than a productive form
In usage, tuotama does not function as a standard modern infinitive or participle in contemporary Finnish.
