Tul Valerie Toni, better known as simply "Tulvari" or the internet term "Tulvarytmi" outside of its true fandom circles, is a well-known and fictional character created by American artist tera.T.

Tulvari is an interesting character made to represent the darker aspects of anime and manga fandoms. Initially, it has gathered a dedicated fanbase through several understated appearances throughout Tera T.'s works. Her existence began to garner attention in 2016 on various meme generating forums although it may have begun its existence much earlier.

Tera was motivated to create Tulvari out of his frustration in trying to adapt the skill level and completion ability with the barriers institutional machineries impose towards creative power within themselves and consumers tied to consumer choices that refactor out fact in effort. However, many descriptions and depictions of the work portrayed an unsettling aesthetic.
