Täisarvuväärtus is the Estonian term for "integer value". It refers to a number that can be written without a fractional or decimal component. Integers include all whole numbers, both positive and negative, as well as zero. Examples of täisarvuväärtus include -3, 0, 5, and 1000. Fractions like 1/2 or decimal numbers like 3.14 are not täisarvuväärtus.

In mathematics and computer science, täisarvuväärtus plays a fundamental role. They are used in counting, ordering, and performing arithmetic operations. Programming languages typically have specific data types to represent integers, such as `int` in C++ or Java, to distinguish them from floating-point numbers. The range of values that an integer type can hold is often dependent on the specific programming language and the system architecture. Operations involving täisarvuväärtus, such as addition, subtraction, and multiplication, generally result in another täisarvuväärtus, provided the result does not exceed the maximum representable value.
