Statesfell is a fictional municipality and county seat in the southern part of the fictional country of Eldoria. It sits on rolling hills surrounding a central valley, with a temperate climate and four distinct seasons. The Willow Creek flows through the town, feeding a small reservoir used for drinking water and irrigation.

The name Statesfell is of uncertain origin; local chronicles suggest it refers to a hill where rival jurisdictions fell into a single administration in the early modern period. The settlement began as a market hamlet in the 12th century and grew after the construction of a trade route.

Statesfell operates a mayor-council government. The municipal council has twelve seats. The county administration provides regional services, including schooling and road maintenance, through a cooperative framework.

The economy is based on agriculture—dairy farming, orchards, and timber—and small-scale crafts and light manufacturing. A weekly farmers' market and a small industrial park support employment. The population is around 11,500 residents, with a majority speaking Eldorian and a minority speaking neighboring dialects.

The town hosts the Harvest of the Hills festival in autumn, featuring local music, crafts, and food stalls. Notable sites include the Statesfell Watchtower, a preserved 19th-century stone tower, and the Old Market Square, which hosts the weekend market.

Access is provided by State Route 7 and a regional railway line. Education is provided by Statesfell Community School, a combined primary and secondary institution, and a public library serves as a cultural hub.
