Souklatkça is a fictional language described in worldbuilding projects and speculative fiction. In its fictional setting, it is spoken by the coastal Soukla people of a dispersed archipelago called Lyr.

Etymology: The name combines souk-, meaning "sea," and -laktça, meaning "chant" or "speech," reflecting the language’s association with sea-based rituals.

Phonology and orthography: The phoneme inventory includes five vowels (a, e, i, o, u) and consonants p, t, k, s, l, m, n, r, plus ç, representing the voiceless postalveolar affricate /t͡ʃ/. The language uses a Latin-based script with diacritics.

Grammar: Souklatkça is largely agglutinative and SOV in basic clauses. Nouns take postnominal case suffixes; verbs carry aspect and mood markers; pronouns are cliticized to verb complexes.

Sociolinguistic context: The language is traditionally used in maritime ceremonies, songs, and oral histories. In the fictional world, it faces endangerment as speakers shift to a dominant regional lingua franca, with revival efforts by scholars and community projects.
