Solidariamente is an adverb in Spanish used to indicate that several persons or entities are bound by an obligation in a jointly and severally manner. In a legal context, it expresses a type of liability where each obligor can be held responsible for the entire debt, allowing the creditor to demand performance in full from any one of them. If one party pays the whole amount, they may seek reimbursement from the others for their proportional shares, according to the applicable law.
