Settelagre is a fictional coastal city in the northern continent of Eldoria, within the realm of Valmere.

Situated on an estuary where the River Aster meets the sea, Settelagre covers about 105 square kilometers and centers on a protected harbor used by merchant ships. The population is around 42,000, and the city functions as both a working port and regional administrative hub.

Founded in the 11th century by seafaring guilds, Settelagre grew as a trading town and was fortified in the 14th century. The arrival of steam in the 19th century spurred harbor expansion and rail connections.

Settelagre operates under a mayor–council system and serves as the capital of Valmere's coastal districts. The port dominates economic life, supported by fishing, shipbuilding, textile workshops, and a growing tourism sector.

The city preserves maritime traditions, with a distinctive dialect and a yearly Festival of Lanterns. Settelagre University, founded in 1892, hosts faculties of navigation, engineering, and humanities; the city also houses several museums and libraries.

Notable sites include the Old Harbour, the arched Settelagre Bridge, the Cathedral of the Sea, and Market Square. The city is served by a network of roads, a coastal rail line, and regular ferries to nearby towns; the harbor handles both cargo and passenger traffic.
