Retreadable is an adjective describing an object that can undergo retreading or refurbishment to restore its functionality after wear. The term is most widely used in the tire industry, where a tire is described as retreadable if its casing remains structurally sound after the tread wears down.

In tires, retreading involves removing the worn tread from the tire's casing and applying a new layer of tread rubber, bond, and sealant.
