Rauta(II)asetaatti, also known as ferrous acetate, is a chemical compound with the formula Fe(CH₃COO)₂. It is the iron(II) salt of acetic acid. In its anhydrous form, it appears as a white to pale green solid. When hydrated, it typically forms greenish crystals. Rauta(II)asetaatti is soluble in water, and its solutions are weakly acidic due to the hydrolysis of the iron(II) ion.

The compound can be synthesized by reacting iron(II) carbonate with acetic acid, or by the reduction of iron(III) acetate. It is a relatively stable compound under normal conditions, but it can oxidize in the presence of air to form iron(III) compounds. This oxidation can be accelerated by heat and light.

Rauta(II)asetaatti has found limited industrial applications. Historically, it has been used as a mordant in dyeing textiles, helping to fix dyes to fabrics.
