A punch list, often referred to as a punchlist or punchlist, is a document created at the end of a construction project. It enumerates items that are incomplete or unsatisfactory, requiring correction or completion before the project can be officially considered finished and final payment is made. Typically, the punch list is compiled by the owner or their representative, often an architect or engineer, during a final walk-through of the property.
