Publiekeprivépartnerships, often abbreviated as PPPs, represent a collaborative arrangement between a public sector entity and a private sector entity. The primary goal of a PPP is to leverage the strengths of both sectors to deliver public infrastructure or services more efficiently and effectively than either could alone.
