Provinssia is a coastal province in the fictional country of Harmonia. The name is derived from Latin provincia, with a suffix -ssia common to several Harmonian provinces.

It stretches along the western coast, covering about 7,200 square kilometers. Its western plains are used for agriculture, while the eastern foothills host forests and small towns. The coastline includes several bays and a major port at Lysport, which serves as the provincial economic hub. Provinssia is divided into three counties: Aurin, Brine, and Dales.

The area has ancient settlements; it became part of Harmonia during the early unification period and now forms a self-governing province within the national federation. Its government consists of a locally elected panel and a governor appointed by the national authorities.

The economy centers on fishing, fish processing, agriculture (grapes and olives), and light manufacturing. Tourism focuses on coastal scenery and historic lighthouses. The population is around 1.6 million with a majority Harmonian ethnicity; languages include Harmonian (official) and coastal dialects. Cultural life centers on markets, seaside festivals, and traditional crafts.

Notable sites include the Old Lighthouse of Marel and Verdant Hills Nature Reserve.
