polüübi
Polüübi, known in English as Polybius, was a Greek historian from Megalopolis in Arcadia who lived circa 200–118 BCE. He is best known for The Histories, a comprehensive account of the rise of the Roman Republic and its eventual dominance in the Mediterranean.
