Pioneerfaktoreina refers to a historical archaeological site located in Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. This site features ruins of the city's first commercial and industrial settlement, established during the 19th century when the area was a significant center for agricultural production.

Originally known as Fábrica de Tetina, the settlement served as the main production center for the production of tetina, a type of woolen rope, in the region. The pioneer factory mentioned in "Pioneerfaktoreina" was thus named after this industrial operation. At the end of the 19th century, the factory underwent a series of transformations resulting in the development of the textile industry.

Focusing on cotton textile production, the new industry significantly expanded the scope of commercial and economic activities within the area, fostering the growth of urban settlements and the start of migrant influx featuring Italian and German immigrant groups. Historically significant deposits of this settle-ment, comprised of the ruins of various manufactured structures, infrastructure, as well as remnants of residential areas, along with exploitable materials were unearthed.

The territory features focal points such as Lauro Muller Museum, Schlutow mill, terraplenchers structures and a declared Priorities House during World War II. Remarkable is that initially in the early 20th century, there was human loss of colonies through the environment impacts. Also noteworthy that inhabitants supplemented their modest lives with food pre-prepared collectively for sustaining poorer.
