perspektívája

Perspektívája is the third-person singular possessive form of the Hungarian noun perspektíva, meaning perspective or viewpoint. It expresses the point of view of a person, group, organization, or other entity and translates as “his/her/its perspective” or “the perspective of ….” The form is frequently used to attribute a stance or interpretation to a possessor in both formal and informal registers.

Formation and usage notes: Perspektíva takes the standard Hungarian possessive suffix -ja/-je in the third person singular, resulting in perspektívája. The suffix follows vowel harmony rules, and the spelling perspektívája is the usual form in everyday Hungarian. The phrase can function as a noun phrase on its own (e.g., a cég perspektívája) or be preceded by a possessive determiner such as az ő perspektívája to specify the possessor (his/her perspective).
