Nominalnego is the genitive singular form of the Polish adjective nominalny, which generally means “relating to a name or to face value.” In Polish, adjectives decline by gender, number, and case, so nominalnego appears in phrases requiring the genitive masculine or neuter singular. Feminine genitive would be nominalnej.

In economics and finance, nominalny denotes values stated in current prices, not adjusted for inflation. The term is used to distinguish nominal measures from real (adjusted) measures.
