Nieobecno is a rarely used linguistic form in Polish. In standard usage, the concept of absence is expressed by the noun nieobecność or the adjective nieobecny. Nieobecno is not listed as a separate lexical entry in major Polish dictionaries and is not treated as a regular word in formal language.

In practice, nieobecno appears mainly in stylistic, experimental, or artistic contexts rather than in normative writing. It may occur as a stylized fragment in titles, slogans, or poetic lines where the emphasis is on the state of not being present rather than on a fully inflected word. Relation to standard forms: nieobecność denotes the state or fact of being absent, while nieobecny describes something or someone who is not present. Nieobecno, by contrast, is not part of the regular inflectional system and lacks a fixed semantic role in everyday Polish.
