Nevro Corp, commonly known as Nevro, is an American medical device company that develops neuromodulation technologies for chronic pain. The company concentrates on spinal cord stimulation (SCS) systems designed to manage refractory chronic pain conditions.

Nevro's flagship technology is high-frequency 10 kHz stimulation (HF10 therapy), which provides pain relief without the paresthesias often produced by traditional SCS. The therapy is delivered through the Senza System, a family of implantable pulse generators, leads, and related programming tools.
