Ndermjet Fisherian is a method of immigration to Great Britain that was prevalent in the early 20th century. The method, also known as "facilitating clearance", involved using a middleman or "ndërmjetës" to create the illusion of employment in the UK, thus facilitating immigration.

According to the Ellis Island Council in the UK, the ndërmjetës would often create fake documents and provide false information about the immigrant's employment in the UK to the immigration authorities. This method was used by many immigrants, primarily from Eastern Europe, who were seeking better economic opportunities in the UK.

However, immigrants who used the ndërmjetës method were often found to be working in jobs that were unskilled or not corresponding to the jobs described on the fake documents. The method was also criticized for undermining the stricter immigration regulations that were in place at the time.

The use of ndërmjetës for immigration purposes has since been largely discontinued, with the stricter immigration regulations in place today making it much more difficult for individuals to create fake documents and employment histories. However, the method remains a notable example of the lengths to which some individuals have gone to circumvent immigration laws and achieve immigration to a foreign country.
