mentességgel

Mentességgel is a Hungarian term used primarily in legal and administrative language. It translates roughly as “with exemption” or “under exemption” and functions as the instrumental form of the noun mentesség (exemption). The construction combines mentesség with the instrumental suffix -éggel to express the manner or condition under which something is done or applies.
