Markthal is a mixed-use building in Rotterdam, Netherlands, known for its large indoor market hall and adjacent residential units. Designed by the architecture firm MVRDV and opened in 2014, the structure forms a horseshoe-shaped block with a glass exterior that encloses a central market hall on the ground floor and homes above.

The ground level houses a market with stalls offering fresh produce, meat, fish, and prepared foods, along with various restaurants and cafés. The interior is notable for a large ceiling artwork—a colorful fresco depicting fruits, vegetables, and other food imagery—that covers the inner arch and creates a striking visual feature inside the hall.

The Markthal is located on the Binnenrotte square in central Rotterdam, near the Blaak district. It was developed as part of a broader redevelopment of the area and has since become a recognizable city landmark and popular destination for both locals and visitors.
