lämpöruiskutusta
Lämpöruiskutus, also known as thermal spraying, is a group of coating processes in which heated material is sprayed onto a surface. The source of heat can be combustion, electric arc, or plasma. The coating material is typically in powder, wire, or rod form and is melted or softened by the heat source before being propelled by a high-velocity gas stream onto the substrate. Upon impact, the molten or softened particles flatten, rapidly cool, and adhere to the substrate, building up a coating layer by layer.
There are various thermal spray processes, each with its own advantages and applications. Flame spraying uses
Thermal spraying is used to improve the surface properties of components, such as wear resistance, corrosion
