Kobolttiinitraatti, chemical formula Co(NO3)2, is an inorganic salt. It typically appears as red or pink crystalline solids. It is soluble in water and also in alcohol. Kobolttiinitraatti can be synthesized by reacting cobalt(II) oxide, cobalt(II) hydroxide, or cobalt(II) carbonate with nitric acid. The hydrated forms, particularly the hexahydrate Co(NO3)2·6H2O, are common. These hydrated forms are also pink or red crystals.

Kobolttiinitraatti finds applications as a colorant in ceramics and glass, imparting a blue color. It is also used as a precursor in the preparation of other cobalt compounds and in some catalytic processes. In pyrotechnics, it can act as a source of oxygen and contribute to red color. The compound is considered an oxidizing agent due to the nitrate component. Exposure to heat can cause it to decompose, releasing toxic fumes, including nitrogen oxides.
