Kaubamärgina refers to the concept of a trademark in Estonian. A trademark is a sign capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one enterprise from those of other enterprises. This sign can be in the form of words, including personal names, or any such combinations of words, letters, numerals, figurative elements, or combinations of colors, or any such combinations of these elements.
