Geography and climate: Ionisoivalle extends roughly 60 kilometers north to south and 15 to 25 kilometers east to west, framed by the North Ridge and the South Slope mountain ranges. The Liria River runs through the valley, supplying towns with water and shaping agricultural patterns. Elevations range from about 250 to 900 meters above sea level.
