Inercjalne refers to phenomena governed by inertia, a fundamental property of matter. In physics, an inertial frame of reference is one in which Newton's first law of motion, the law of inertia, holds true. This means that an object at rest will stay at rest, and an object in motion will stay in motion with the same speed and in the same direction, unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

Inertial frames are crucial for describing motion without introducing fictitious forces. For example, if you are on a train moving at a constant velocity, you are in an inertial frame. You can pour a drink, and the liquid will behave as expected, not spilling to the side. However, if the train accelerates, decelerates, or turns, you are no longer in an inertial frame. From the perspective of someone inside the accelerating train, you might feel pushed back into your seat. This "force" is not a real force but an effect of the non-inertial frame.

The concept of inertia is also related to mass. The greater the mass of an object, the greater its inertia, meaning it requires more force to change its state of motion. This is why it's harder to push a heavy box than a light one. Understanding inertial effects is fundamental to classical mechanics and has implications across various scientific disciplines.
