Inechilibrat is a Romanian adjective meaning not in balance or uneven. It is used to describe situations, objects, or processes where elements are not arranged, distributed, or functioning in a stable or proportionate way.

In physics and engineering, an object or system can be described as inechilibrat when forces, loads, or moments produce a net imbalance, requiring correction to restore equilibrium. In statistics or data analysis, a dataset might be considered inechilibrat if its distribution is skewed or biased relative to a reference model. In nutrition or health, a diet or lifestyle may be labeled inechilibrat if nutrient intake, energy expenditure, or behavioral patterns are unbalanced. In economics or social policy, markets, institutions, or outcomes may be described as inechilibrat when supply and demand, risk and benefit, or resource allocation are not evenly distributed.

The word is formed from the prefix in- plus echilibrat, which itself comes from echilibru (balance). The underlying idea is the lack of balance.
