hallintamalliin

Hallintamalliin is a Finnish illative form of the compound noun hallintamalli, which translates roughly as "administration model" or "governance model." In Finnish public administration and policy discourse, hallintamalli refers to a framework or design for organizing authority, decision-making and service delivery within the public sector. The form hallintamalliin specifically expresses movement toward or into that model, and is used when describing adoption, transition or entry into a particular governance framework.

Hallintamalli combines hallinto (administration) and malli (model). The illative suffix -iin denotes direction into something. Hallintamalliin is not a separate concept by itself; it is a grammatical case form that enables statements about moving to a specified administrative model.
