Frisparksreglerna refers to the rules governing free kicks in various sports, most notably association football (soccer). A free kick is a method of restarting play in football. It is awarded when a player commits a foul. The opposing team is awarded the kick from the spot of the foul.
There are two types of free kicks: direct and indirect. A direct free kick may be struck
When a free kick is taken, all opposing players must be at least 10 yards (9.15 meters)
The ball must be stationary when the free kick is taken. The kicker cannot touch the ball
