Friktionsarbetslösheten, often translated as frictional unemployment, refers to the short-term unemployment that occurs when individuals are in the process of transitioning between jobs. This transition period can be due to various reasons. Simultaneously, employers may need time to advertise positions, screen applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
