Fibrinolytickou refers to the process of fibrinolysis, which is the breakdown of fibrin, a protein that forms the meshwork of blood clots. This natural physiological process is essential for dissolving blood clots once they are no longer needed, preventing excessive clot formation and restoring blood flow.
