Domisi is a village located in the district of Koro, Rewa Province, Fiji. It lies on the island of Viti Levu, approximately 50 kilometers inland from the provincial capital of Suva. The village is situated in a predominantly agricultural region, with residents traditionally involved in farming, particularly the cultivation of yaqona (kava) and taro.

Domisi is part of a larger traditional chiefly system in Fiji, where it falls under the authority of a Roko Tui (provincial chief).
