Dimiliki is an Indonesian term that expresses possession or ownership in the passive voice. It is the passive form of the verb memiliki (to own or possess) and is used to indicate that something is owned by someone or by an institution, rather than that the possessor performs an action.

Linguistically, dimiliki is formed by adding the di- prefix to memiliki, producing a stative construction that describes a state of ownership. It can function in predicates or as a modifier in noun phrases. When the agent of ownership is stated, it is typically introduced with oleh: "rumah itu dimiliki oleh perusahaan."

In usage, dimiliki appears in legal, real estate, and administrative contexts, as well as in everyday language to specify ownership status. It is distinct from milik, a noun meaning property or belonging, and from pemilik, the owner. Kepemilikan is the broader concept of ownership, while dimiliki emphasizes who currently holds the ownership.
