Datafuusio, also known as data fusion, is the process of integrating multiple data sources to produce more consistent, accurate, and useful information than that provided by any individual data source. For example, in autonomous driving, data from cameras, lidar, and radar sensors are fused to create a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle's surroundings, enabling safer navigation. The effectiveness of data fusion relies on the ability to manage uncertainty, resolve conflicts between different data sources, and select appropriate fusion algorithms based on the specific application and data characteristics.
