Borowe is a village located in southwestern Poland within the administrative district of Gmina Komprachcice, Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship. It lies approximately twelve kilometres north-west of the county capital Strzelce Opolskie and about twenty‑four kilometres south-east of the regional capital Opole. The settlement is positioned on the northern bank of the Nysa Kłodzka river, an area characterised by mixed agricultural land and forested hills.
