Typical programs include dawn or early-morning launches when winds are calm, daily or weekend schedules, and evening balloon glows where burners illuminate the balloon envelopes against the night sky. Flights depend on weather, airspace clearances, and coordination with aviation authorities to ensure spectator safety and minimize disruption to other air traffic.
