Asuntoosakkeissa, often translated as "apartment shares" or "housing company shares," is a form of real estate ownership prevalent in Finland. Instead of directly owning a physical apartment, an individual purchases shares in a housing company. This housing company, in turn, owns the entire property, including the land and buildings.
