Analogeihin is the Finnish term for analogues, referring to substances or entities that share a similar core with another. In science, analogues are commonly used to compare structure and function, and to explore how changes in one part of a molecule affect its properties. In chemistry and pharmacology, analogue design preserves a core scaffold while modifying substituents to tune potency, selectivity, pharmacokinetics, or safety.
