Zakharovo

Zakharovo is a village located in the Odintsovsky District of Moscow Oblast, Russia. It is situated about 60 kilometers west of Moscow. Pushkin's maternal grandmother, Maria Alekseyevna Gannibal, owned an estate in Zakharovo, and the poet spent several of his childhood summers there.
