YopB
YopB is a hydrophobic protein component of the type III secretion system (T3SS) found in Yersinia species, including Y. pestis, Y. pseudotuberculosis, and Y. enterocolitica. It is one of the translocator proteins that, together with YopD, forms the Yersinia translocon.
