Yhtiöittöminä

In practice, operating "yhtiöittöminä" means that the individuals or group involved are personally responsible for any liabilities or debts incurred. There is no legal shield provided by a corporate structure. This can simplify initial setup and reduce administrative burdens, as there are fewer formal registration and reporting requirements compared to establishing a limited liability company (osakeyhtiö) or other corporate forms.

However, the lack of corporate status also means that personal assets are at risk. For larger or more complex ventures, this personal liability can be a significant drawback.
